Welcome!

I support families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period with calm, grounded, and evidence-based care that honors each birth as unique.
My goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident — medically, emotionally, and personally — through every stage of welcoming your baby.

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Midwifery at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences, where I trained in labor and postpartum units and in the Level III NICU. Working alongside midwives and neonatologists caring for premature and critically ill newborns taught me to stay centered in high-intensity situations while maintaining a compassionate presence. That same steadiness guides my work as a doula, helping families feel safe, supported, and empowered even when plans or circumstances shift.

During pregnancy, I help families prepare with education, comfort measures, and practical tools for informed decision-making. During labor, I offer continuous emotional and physical support, helping you stay present and in tune with your body. For partners, I provide guidance and reassurance, making birth a shared, connected experience.

In the postpartum period, I support recovery, breastfeeding, and the transition into parenthood. My care blends the intuition and presence of a doula with the clinical knowledge of a midwife-in-training, so you receive holistic, personalized support from pregnancy through your baby’s first weeks.

I serve families across New York City, offering in-person and virtual support in English, German, and Hungarian.
